The orchestrated events platform

for premium hospitality.

Guests, staff, ground transport and the whole season's calendar — one system, live on the day it matters.

Staff

Everything the team delivering needs, in hand.

One thumb, on shift, on the phone they already carry. The roster, the schedule, the escalation path and every guest's status — without going to find someone to ask.

Guest

Their day, live, as the operation actually knows it.

Not a printed itinerary that went out of date on the flight over. The same record the team is working from, branded to the client, in the guest's hand.

Eighty-one client groups. One file.

Every program still starts life as a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. Drop it in — Sprezz builds each group, guest and movement, and tells you what's wrong before anybody travels.

Why the name

sprez·za·tu·ra /sprettsaˈtuːra/n.

Italian, from the courts of the sixteenth century. The art of making something difficult appear effortless — and of concealing the effort so completely that it never occurs to anyone to look for it.

Every world-class weekend looks effortless. Not one of them is. Somebody is holding all of it together, out of sight — and this is what they hold it with.

Exquisite guest experiences are delivered by people — and by the systems that empower them.

Every moment a guest remembers was delivered by a person who knew what to do, had what they needed, and didn't have to go and find someone to ask.

Security

Guests see a projection, never the database.

Guest hospitality data is somebody's real life — their movements, their party, where they're sleeping. The architecture treats it that way, and where we fall short of an enterprise standard we say so in writing rather than waiting to be asked.

01

Closed by default

The guest app reads a separately composed document, not a filtered view of the operational record. A new field a staff member adds is invisible to guests until someone deliberately exposes it — and an automated check fails the build on any field that isn't declared.

02

The concierge proposes. A person approves.

The AI cannot execute a change to guest data on its own. It drafts; a human confirms. That is a designed constraint rather than a missing feature — an operations tool that acts autonomously on guest data isn't one we'd put in front of a client.

03

Demos run on synthetic data

Development, preview and production hold separate credentials, and no production guest data is ever used to build or demonstrate the product. What you see in a demo is invented.

04

We publish what we don't have yet

SOC 2, a completed penetration test, 24/7 on-call — the gaps are written down alongside the roadmap and the dates. Your vendor-risk team will find them anyway; we would rather they came from us.

Come and watch it run.

Bring a weekend you've actually operated. We'll build it in the system and you can try to break it.

The beta is limited to operators running live programs this season.
